Day 11 of 30 Days of Indie Travel Project, Topic – Feast

For some of us, food isn’t just a part of our travels, it’s the reason why we travel. Whether you travel the globe to try new foods and use food to form a deeper connection with the culture or just eat to live, food plays a big part in the travel experience. Share a food-related story from your travels or describe your best meal.

For myself, lamentably some may see it, I’m primarily a vegetarian and as I’ve yet to visit India or any other majorly veg friendly city my food experience tend to me more what I can eat rather than what can’t I eat. Harmony on the other hand has feasted on guinea pig in Peru, had pinchos of the street cart in Colombia and whole fried fish with the face still on. This post will be short on words and long on photos. Bon Appetit!
